  Reserved TV online for what seemed like a good price for a unit that was described as having some minor marks, drove to Laval to pick it up only to see there is a large (large!) dent in the front bezel. Sales guy tries to explain it away but come on its right in the middle of the TV it will catch light from every angle. I didn't try because in my eyes the dent was too large to ignore but in retrospect was surprised the guy didn't offer a discount.
  
  Anyways I walked away from it and then did some googling--found the exact same TV new in box for the same price at Canada Computers a few km's away...I mean that was a bit lucky but just goes to show I didn't shop around enough... Let that be a lesson to me (and you)
  
  To close, I get that this place is an open box place, but you also have to be upfront about the damage to a particular unit (the guy was not surprised to see this dent, he knew about it beforehand), or else people just get burnt to drive across the city to pick up an item...Dealt with JSonic many times before with no issues. All this to say I won't be back.
